We have a Honeywell barcode scanner (Voyager 1472g with charging and
communicating base station) connected to a openSUSE Leap 15.3 system.  The
scanner keeps disconnecting and reconnecting:

This used to work without issued on Leap 15.2.  Scanner works on other Linux
distros like e.g. RHEL 8 or CentOS 7.
