With regards to the virtualbox packages, these contain identical binaries;

This one contains this proposed update only:

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/openSUSE:/Maintenance:/5607/openSUSE_Leap_42.1_Update/

This one contains all currently pending updates:

http://download.opensuse.org/update/leap/42.1-test/

Only one is required. If you are only testing this bugfix, choose the former.
