Rarian is a dead package, upstream have gone awol for years, and the last traces of it is https://rarian.freedesktop.org/ but no source can be found at neither https://cgit.freedesktop.org/ - https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/ or https://gitlab.gnome.org/ Hence this is a package we should remove from our distro. Currently we have bless buzztrax gjiten xiphos depending on this package. Maintainers of those packages are asked to port their packages away from depending on rarian so it can be dropped.
