It seems that stopping the firewall took more than 30 seconds, the reason is actually unknown. If we know what you were doing, we might think about, e.g., restarting the firewall instead of stopping and starting it. Your bugreport does not contain any information that would tell us what you did and what you wanted. No logs are attached. This actually seems to be problem in firewall itself, Yast is just a handled here. Anyway, we can't do much without more info.
