Install the 'yast2-bootloader' package.

If you have a graphical user interface available you can open the yast
application, select the bootloader editor, navigate to "Kernel Parameters" and
add the options in the "Optional Kernel Command Line Parameter" dialog.

If you don't have access to a graphical interface just run 'yast2 bootloader'
on your terminal, and follow the instructions above.

If you can't seem to edit it yourself please provide the contents of
/boot/grub2/grub2.cfg and I'll edit it myself for you.
