We switched to skelcd-installer-net-openSUSE on Leap 15, the net iso does not work on uefi boot (openqa: https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/652849), it looks like skelcd-installer-net-openSUSE missing boot/x86_64/efi file therefore product-builder haven't call x86_64_efi() adds uefi related parameters when creating iso.
