AFAICS this module has drastically been simplified - see the attachached
screenshots.


I don't think it's realistic (or even desirable) to have every single kernel
setting there; that would completely overwhelm a normal user. Advanced users
will have to resort to config files and special directories like /proc and
/sys.

Also, there was no time or priority for this during the past 5 years, so it's
unrealistic to expect that in the forseeable future. Closing.
