KDE:Extra is being built against KDE:Applications and the other KDE:* repos meanwhile as well: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Extra/KDE_Applications_openSUSE_Leap_15.1/ The Argon LiveCD build scripts have been updated to use this now too, so the next build should have this preconfigured. This should fix the incompatibilities/conflicts. If you already installed Argon, you'd need to change the repo URL for KDE:Extra on your system manually to the one above though (e.g. in YaST->Repositories).
