Just install/update the two packages attached to this BZ
(OpenIPMI-2.0.24-67.1.x86_64.rpm and OpenIPMI-python-2.0.24-67.1.x86_64.rpm)
and you should be fine.

I did just that on a Leap42.3 VM and had no problems with unmet dependencies.
