A number of 32 bit packages, were removed, and a bug report should be made for
those that are still required.

mangohud-32bit is still required as many games on steam are still 32bit and
require mangohud-32bit to be able to use mangohud, i.e. show the performance
graphs in game.

1. try launching 32bit game in steam with: mangohud %COMMAND%

Actual Results:  
elf class warnings for mangohud
