yes, systemd is blocked by bugs in it - the right thing would have been for
yast to require the proper kbd version to avoid this inconsitency. Now it's too
late - or we revert the yast packages in TW.

So I guess reverting yast is the proper thing to do - what are the yast
packages exactly?
