Checked on my laptop http://paste.opensuse.org/view//92547497, the difference
really is with the parameter spectre_v2=retpoline, but still this is not
enough, a conflict of patches may have occurred somewhere, I saw a package with
a bunch of patches somewhere, and a few were very old, 6 years ago were
created, most likely they have not been needed for a long time, and now such
patches can cause only problems
