There might be some conflicts but then we need to sort out each.
Rebuilding the whole kernel for Leap 42.3 is another option, too, but it'll
cost too much.  It'd make sense only when any compiler incompatibility comes up
(e.g. cannot build KMP with old gcc, etc).
