Leap 15.0 ships flatpak 0.10.4. The openSUSE Leap 15.0 package is inherited from SLE 15 SP0 at this time. The SLE feature request FATE#326701 requests FlatPak 1.0.x for SLE 15 SP1 (and hence Leap 15.1) Also needs bubblewrap and libostree. I am not sure if this is satisfactory time wise. Thinking of the users here, the expectation would be that this "just works" with current distributed flatpaks. I adjusted summary to match the problem.
