Patch with updated certificates

Here is a patch with the updated certificates by upstream. The patch is based
in the following commits:

Unfortunately, I can't include the binary files in the patch:

certs/server-key.der
certs/server.p12
certs/server_enc.p12

They would have to be shipped as source files.
