I doubt that this is related either.
That's about the gwenview KPart, that Konqueror tries to embed into its window
for displaying the file.
But the opening page doesn't use gwenview for displaying the icons.

Btw, I have seen those errors recently as well (only for gvpart.so) on one of
my systems (not on others). But even there, the trash icon on the opening page
is displayed correctly.

Also, according to the error message, this doesn't seem to be a KDE limit
that's reached.
But I haven't investigated that further yet.

Regarding the opening page, I have no further ideas at the moment, sorry.
