And you don't need autotools to build libinput from sources on openSUSE, you
need it only in case you are building from git. It is also not desirable to
require packages that are not needed for building.

How upstream describes build requirements is not responsibility of openSUSE
neither is something that should be tracked in openSUSE bugzilla
