Could you upload the hwinfo output, also the full dmesg outputs from both
working and non-working kernels with drm.debug=0x1e boot option?

Also, check whether the issue is still present in 5.14-rc kernel in OBS
Kernel:HEAD repo.  You can try the very latest drm-tip kernel from my OBS
home:tiwai:kernel:drm-tip repo (kernel-vanilla package), too.
