This would be a pretty useful extension. And we'd need to make it
backward-compatible anyway. Moreover, it's not a big one either.

What comes to my mind:

<package>name,version</package>
<package>name =[=] version</package>
<package>name <= version </package>
<package>name < version</package>

But ... how to represent "<" with all in CDATA?
Moreover, all (also) without spaces...

Ladislav, Imo: What do you think of this feature? Have you ever seen similar

Schubi: Depends on how big it is, maybe feature is not needed, maybe it would
be good for documentation.
