- Plain "zypper dup" should have left a solver testcase
/var/log/updateTestcase-2015-09-14-hh-mm-ss. Please tar and attach it. Only the
testcase can reveal 'why'.


The zypper.log might give additional hints. If you have zypper-log installed:
>  zypper log -l /var/log/zypper.log-20150916.xz
Find the PID of your 'zypper dup' call and extract the log with
> zypper log -l /var/log/zypper.log-20150916.xz PID
