Comment # 3 on bug 1190847 from Arvin Schnell

Upstream accepted my patch for a new type command. So the replacement
for the type flag can finally be portable:

'set NUM type 0x99' turns into 'type NUM 0x99'

And the value can be see in the new JSON output.
