These "after" descriptions are simply the main package descriptions, I think
you are confused here. You filed bug 959262 for this.

Again, we will make sure the user is properly notified of the consequences of
an update. There may be instances where there are unforeseen regressions. These
will be fixed later if required. This bug just seems to be complaining that
this has not happened in a particular instance. I think this is the service
level you can expect from a community distribution.

Beyond that you have not demonstrated or produced steps to reproduced your
claimed behavior that the package maintainer could work on.
