And now I noticed that CONFIG_HAMRADIO and others are enabled on Leap 15.2
again.
It's likely because SLE15-SP2 was bumped to 5.3 base and the kconfig got synced
again with TW.

So, the only missing one is Leap 15.1.  And I confirmed that enabling those
kconfigs won't break existing kABI.

The needed kconfig changes are pushed to users/tiwai/openSUSE-15.1/hamradio
branch.

Petr, if you believe it worth for re-enabling those for Leap 15.1 (although so
late after release), please pull my branch.
Then maybe it's better to give a short announce to opensuse-kernel ML not to
surprise users about the size increase.

Or, we may leave as is and hand over to the soon upcoming Leap 15.2.
