The current package man-pages-fr-3.70-2.8.noarch.rpm is based on a quite old
upstream version, previously hosted at [1], which doesn't exist anymore.

Last year, the French man page translations have been merged into the
manpages-l10n project [2]. This project currently supports six languages (de,
fr, nl, pl, pt_BR, ro), and the integration of more languages (es, it) is in
progress. If you switch to the new sources, the package would supersede the
following Opensuse packages:

man-pages-fr (Oss)
man-pages-fr-extra (Oss)
man-pages-de (Packman)

The latest tarball is available at [3].

For examples of other RPM packages which split the files correctly into
language-based subpackages, see [4]. Note, it is impossible to split the French
translations into the previous man-pages-fr and man-pages-fr-extra packages;
the latter needs to be provided by man-pages-fr now.
