Original installation of codex and gstreamer worked fine but now updates require libvpx.so.2()(64bit) which on web search can only be found on ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/linux/fedora/linux/development/rawhide/x86_64/os/Packages/l/libvpx-1.4.0-2.fc23.x86_64.rpm: which is not generally available (locked) and unable to download and use, I have been unable to find alternatives. The updates are gstreamer and components 1.4.5-xxxx... I have not tried entering the redhat regime.
