Most of that is true except the 'SLE only' part. It was consciously also
enabled for Leap 42.2

* GNOME Software forces 'offline update method' - whereas for TW this turned
out to work very well and reliable (as the updates are usually rather big),
this does not make a lot of sense for a stable released product, where patches
are trickling in in small pieces
