Actually since this is happening from the installation media, a different approach should be taken to collect logs. Please refer to the https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Linuxrc for details. Please specify linuxrc.debug=2 boot command line parameter (linuxrc.log could be used to redirect output to a specified file, but it's not mandatory) and provide /var/log/wicked* files. >From the problem description it looks like there is no ipv6 router serving for that network. Please also try to boot the installation media with the following parameter: ifcfg=*=dhcp6,DHCLIENT6_MODE=managed and test if that helps with the problem. Since there has been no response for quite a long time we mark as NORESPONSE. Please re-open when relevant information becomes available.
