I've accepted the two submissions and it seems to build.

Additionally I added tomcat as branch from SUSE:SLE-12-SP1:Update to
openSUSE:Leap:42.1:Update 00Meta lookup.yml.

Could you take care that the fixes for jakarta-commons-dbcp are submitted to
SUSE:SLE-12:Update asap, please?
