Network configuration and installer update

While the installer renders fine at a low resolution such as 1024x768
resolution, it is broken at 1280x720 with the progress sidebar missing and
various dialogues overlapping.
Please find attached screenshots of multiple examples of this.

Installer Media used: openSUSE-Tumbleweed-NET-x86_64-Snapshot20220606-Media.iso

Steps to reproduce in a VM:
- Boot ISO and wait for GRUB.
- Press F3 and set "Installer Size" and "Text console size" both to 1280x720
- Try navigating through setup
