And this issue was already reported in bsc#1141597 but was never properly
fixed. I'll post a comment there because I think I found the root cause of this
issue.

Meanwhile I'll close this bug, assuming that it was about the need for openqa
tests to install the new sub-package systemd-networkd.

BTW I'm wondering why 2 different bug reports were opened for the same test...
