We had a patch in Factory
https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/openSUSE:Factory/perl/perl-fix2020.patch?expand=1
, however perl will build fail in Leap and SLE if rebuild triggered.

@mls could you please take care of this? perl is core package thus its build
fail break Leap release process.
