With iommu=off I still get the hard lock, but with intel_iommu=off system booted fine. Attached dmesg on 5.14.21-150400.24.21 with intel_iommu off. Curious what has changed with the latest update, note I have been using 15.4 on this computer since pre RC and did not need to disable iommu.
