I meant that some packages were not built when I had a look last time, a few months ago. Looks like a lot changed since then, it was before the Xorg "enablement" on s390. p-d has this in a !s390 block: BuildRequires: pkgconfig(xorg-evdev) BuildRequires: pkgconfig(xorg-libinput) BuildRequires: pkgconfig(xorg-server) BuildRequires: pkgconfig(xorg-synaptics) xorg-server and xorg-libinput are available meanwhile. synaptics doesn't make sense and I assume evdev was not enabled as it's somewhat superseded by libinput.
