"Continuously broken"? I meant that some packages were not built when
I had a look last time, a few months ago. Looks like a lot changed since then,
it was before the Xorg "enablement" on s390.

p-d has this in a !s390 block:

BuildRequires: pkgconfig(xorg-evdev)
BuildRequires: pkgconfig(xorg-libinput)
BuildRequires: pkgconfig(xorg-server)
BuildRequires: pkgconfig(xorg-synaptics)

xorg-server and xorg-libinput are available meanwhile.
synaptics doesn't make sense and I assume evdev was not enabled as
it's somewhat superseded by libinput.
