As you can see from the screenshots, after going into "Create Parition Setup" and choosing the HDD (350GB vbox) then arriving back at the installer it wants to create a 312.02GB Volume for /home with XFS. In the second screenshot, after going into "Edit Proposal Settings" and telli it to be LVM Based and Encrypted, it goes from 312.02GB Volume to a logial Volume of only 100GB, with no other parition getting the free space.
