I've put my idea into home:mkoutny:branches:Base:System/systemd-presets-branding-openSUSE. However, I realized it won't be enabled until `systemctl --user preset-all` is called. That raises question when (posttrans of systemd-presets-branding-openSUSE package, added user, after (first) login,...) and for what (local, remote) users should it be executed.
