Comment # 1 on bug 1210257 from Finn Beckitt-Marshall

I am noticing the same issue as well on my Tumbleweed installation (20230410) -
I get the following in my log:

This means that your biber (2.18) and biblatex (3.19) versions are
incompatible.

```

Running biber -v in the terminal reports version 2.18, even though YaST and
zypper report that I have biber 2.19 installed.
