Steps to reproduce: 1. Install php7 2. Type "pecl": the cnf prompt tells you that this command is only available in php7-devel 3. Install php7-devel 4. Type "pecl" again Expected result: pecl works Actual result: `Could not open input file: /usr/share/php7/PEAR/peclcmd.php` The workaround is to manually install php7-pear.
