Additional patch for waiting that /etc/fstab entries are processed

The logs in bsc#936475 (comment#9) show that the kdump-save.service is executed
before /etc/fstab entries are processed. I created a patch that adds a
RequiresMountsFor line, for each mountpoint in /etc/fstab, into
kdump-save.service (it is not clear if multiple lines are allowed). With this
modification, the dump will be done when the system is ready. Also, the patch
kdump-device-timeout.patch probably can be removed.
