Installation from NET ISO failed (see boo#1194660) , from DVD
(openSUSE-Leap-15.3-2-DVD-aarch64-Build24.5) it finally worked and XFCE came
up!

Unfortunately the desktop was frozen after some seconds, but I could run an
update via ssh connection (~800MB - seems a rebuild of installation media is
overdue!), since then desktop is sluggy, but not frozen.

So, it looks that 'just' the prebuild images are broken.
