User login fail on gnome 

On a fresh installation of openSUSE 42.1 Beta1 a user login to GNOME or GNOME
unter Wayland failed and turned back to login window. 

Unsing IcdeWm or TWM login worked fine:


to steps reproduce 
 install a openSUSE 42.1 Beta1
 select GNOME as default GUI
 add an user e.g. "tux"
 login as tux on GNOME


In user log file  /home/tux/.local/share/xorg/Xorg.0.log
we get:
VGA arbiter: cannot open kernel arbiter, no multi-card support
