## Observation

On openSUSE Leap 15.1 (same could be clearly reproduced since openSUSE Leap
42.3) with two screens configured with randr menus of KDE (or maybe Qt)
applications on the primary screen do not show up when selecting them in the
menu bar or clicking the right mouse button for context menu popups.
Alternatively sometimes a distorted menu does show up on the secondary screen,
e.g. all entries in one single line one after another instead of entries below
each other. The menus are still present as one can invisibly select entries
e.g. using the cursor keys but the menus are just not visible as in outside the
visible screen area. I could reproduce the issue in awesome WM same as in i3wm.
I could *not* reproduce the issue when I restart applications within i3wm or
start them from the terminal *after* I connected the second screen.
