Hi Sverre, thank you for your bug report.

The packages rubygem-rack and rubygem-tilt are also in the High Availibility
Extension, so we can't ship it in Package Hub (although it was shipped in
Package Hub for SLE-15-SP2, which was not planned to do so).

Let me check for other options.
