Actually I'm not sure what to do with that report.
I'm not aware of general issues with Firefox 38 nor can I test anything myself
with Groupwise.

I would recommend one or more of the actions below:
- open a bugreport against Groupwise
- open a bugreport @ mozilla.org but w/o more information you will likely
  end up similarly as here

One remaining thing you can try first is
- use Firefox 38.0.6 from the mozilla repo 
  because it contains a UI fix under KDE environment (bug 933439) 
  to see if it is related (what I do not expect though)
- anyone can confirm the same issue with non-KDE?
