Comment # 7 on bug 1124940 from Peter Simons

The updated `ghc-bootstrap` binaries Wolfgang kindly built for us are now in
Factory. I've also submitted an update to openSUSE:Leap:15.1 in
https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/693677. IMHO, this should fix the issue
reported here.
