Rotation is working on my Dell Precision 5520 laptop with Intel/nVidia graphics (1080p) in "intel" (modesetting), "nvidia" and "offload" mode. nVidia driver series G06 510.54 and Kernel 5.16.10. But I'm using regular suse-prime from Tumbleweed.
