Comment # 7 on bug 956380 from Josef Reidinger

OK, I add to CC arvin who wants to use Cell for `cell, so now we have `Cell and
`cell and both is for cell, just one is used for query and second one is used
for construction.

Well, because last change in ruby-bindings break existing code, I will revert
change. But I think for future we should find way how to unify term for cell to
one form (whatever it will be ).
