When opening project with Unity Editor it loads modules, but when it comes to
importing packages, it gets stuck there. No error is displayed, application
doesn't hang, it just sits there on "importing" step forever and doesn't go to
next step. Reinstalling editor doesn't help with the issue.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download unityhub (it will be .appimage file)
(https://unity3d.com/get-unity/download) (Could also be newer hub or standalone
unity, every one of them gets stuck on importing)
2.Run unityhub.appimage and accept license agreement
3.Sign in to Unity account by upright icon of person (if not have here is
temporary user created: login: xapimo8403@mahazai.com password:Aa123456)
4.Click cog, go to license management -> activate new license -> unity personal
-> I don't use Unity in professional capacity (this step and above is required
for unity editor to launch)
5.Go to Installs -> Add -> select unity version in recommended release -> Next
-> Done (doesn't need modules that add extra weight)
6.Wait for unity editor to install (about 10GB to install)
7.Go to projects -> New -> select 2D -> Create
8.Wait for unity editor to open project
Actual Results:
When unity was opening project, it got stuck on "importing" step. Waited 5
hours and nothing changes (it should launch whole project whith every step
completed in one/two minutes)

Expected Results:
Unity3D opens project without getting stuck.

This issue happens only on openSuse. I tried Fedora, Ubuntu (and ubuntu
derivatives like Pop_Os), Arch and none of them had that issue. Unity
officially supports only CentOs and Ubuntu 20.04 lts, but on every other
distribution it worked without any problem. Because of the list of officially
supported distibutions, unity doesn't respond on openSuse users bug reports.
Users reported me that on openSuse leap 15.3 it worked without any problem, but
now on leap 15.4 they see the same issue (for 15.3 I didn't have a chance to
test this issue, but I confirm that this issue happens on openSuse leap 15.4)
Unity doesn't show any errors on terminal, but it has it's own location for
debug logs: ~/.config/unity3d/Editor.log - for logs that are registered during
Unity editor work(so from opening the project to closing editor it should log
everything there). Unfortunately for me, the only log I found there was before
importing step and nothing that could indicate what was the problem on
"importing" step.
