I investigated some more, and AFAICT, the katepart is only needed by the
scripting console.
Rather an advanced feature (and disabled by default), so I don't really see a
need to add any dependency for that.
(btw, just installing libkatepartinterfaces4 wouldn't help here anyway, you'd
need kate4-parts as well)

And in the case that the scripting console is activated but kate4-parts is not
installed, Amarok does open a dialog that tells you about the problem.

I'll still leave this bug report open though, because I really think the update
should be handled better with the Wikipedia applet not being available anymore.

I do consider this an upstream problem though, but will try to fix it myself.

As I mentioned in the upstream bug report, a kconf update script would probably
be a good idea... ;-)
