The volume controls are present (increase, decrease, mute/unmute) but when
playing media, for example, a YouTube video no sound plays from the speakers.
Same with the speaker-test command - no output from the laptop's speakers.

I can only have audio when I connect my wireless earbuds via Bluetooth.
