Hi folks, This is my laptop info: I use gnome desktop, when I press "win" key, activity switching animation, slow, not serious, but visible to the naked eye. the Solution: unplug AC power. When laptop using "Bat mode", The response of the system is obviously faster. "x86_energy_perf_policy" be changed between "AC mode" and "Bat mode", seems like root cause. I will upload AC mode log and Bat mode log, they come from tlp-stat report.
